Shipping Policy
We deliver to all UK addresses and all delivery prices are fixed inc VAT.
Standard Next Day Delivery (all orders over £299) – Free
Standard Next Day Delivery (all orders under £299) – Up to 10 KG = £6.95, 20 KG = £11.95, 30 KG = £14.95, Over 30 KG = £19.95
Return & Exchange Policy
Easy online 60-day returns. If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will refund any surplus tiles in their original boxes within 60 days of the date of delivery. You will have the right to return goods if you are not happy with your selection or change your mind.
These tiles must be unused, uninstalled, in good condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on adhesives and grouts, only tiles. We also do not accept exchanges on clearance and end-of-the-line job lot items.
